2012 Auction Information

For the 2012 CCBC auction we are have set up a web page where attendees can register for the event, make sponsorship donations, and purchase items using a credit card, as well as browsing the list of auction items.

 

Setting a Password

We have already created accounts for all the parents, but to register and pay with a credit card you must first protect your account with a password:

  1. First, log in to the 2012 auction registration webpage using this link: 2012 CCBC Auction Login
  2. If this is your first time logging in you will need to set your password:
    1. Click “Find Existing Record” at the bottom.
    2. On the next screen, enter your first name, last name, the number part of your street address (number only, not street name), and the email address you provided for the CCBC parent directory.
    3. In the “Please Update Record” screen that follows, enter your desired password twice at the bottom of the form by the “Password:” and “Confirm:” fields.  Press “Update Record” to continue.
  3. You are now logged in and can register or sponsor a donation.  

If you forget your password in the future, you can repeat this process to have your password sent to the email address on your account.

 

Registering for the Auction

Once you have chosen a password and are logged in, you can register and pay for the auction event:

  1. Click the “RSVP” tab to the right of the Search button to go to the “Register for Event” form.
  2. Verify your contact information at the bottom of the form.
  3. Under “Ticket Level”, select “Attendee” for each person attending the auction, including any guests.
  4. Under “Meal Choice” select Standard or Vegetarian Dinner for each person.
  5. Under “QTY”, select 1 for each person attending; if guests are also attending select the number.
  6. The system should update your total according to the number of tickets desired.
  7. To pay for the tickets, select your desired credit card type by “Payment Method”.
  8. Enter the credit card number, expiration month and year, and security code in the fields provided.
  9. Press “Submit Purchase” to process your registration.  Your credit card will be charged and a receipt will be displayed.  You will also receive a confirmation sent to your email address.

The credit card information you enter will be saved by the system and used to fund your auction purchases unless you scan another card during auction registration.

 

Sponsoring The Auction

To sponsor the auction with an additional (tax deductible) donation:

  1. Click the “Sponsor” tab to the right of the Search button to go to the “Purchase Event Sponsorship” form.
  2. Verify your contact information at the bottom of the form.  Also check your credit card info if entered during registration.
  3. For “Sponsorship”, select the level of support you wish to sponsor (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Hall of Fame) and the donation amount will be entered for you.  Or select “Other Amount” and enter the amount you wish to sponsor.
  4. Enter the credit card number, expiration month and year, and security code in the fields provided, or use the existing values and just re-enter the security code if you already entered your card info when you registered.
  5. Press “Submit Purchase” to process your registration.  Your credit card will be charged and a receipt will be displayed.  You will also receive a confirmation sent to your email address.
